Sculpture 1 students learned how to safely cut and manipulate recycled aluminum cans. They used slotting and punching techniques to securely assemble and create their sculptures.

It may be a short week but there is a lot to accomplish in just a few days. A reminder that Tuesday is a Teachers Workshop, there is No School, and on Friday we have the day off for Veterans Day. We look forward to honoring our Veterans on Monday, November 13th during our assembly.

Join the Nute and Somersworth Music Departments on November 9th at 7 p.m. for an Exchange Concert. $3 entry to see the Concert Bands, Choirs, Jazz Bands, and combined groups in the Somersworth High School Cafetorium.

Picture Retake Day is November 14th at Nute!

The 7th Grade STEM class built simple motors this week by creating an electromagnetic field using a battery, paperclips, electrical tape, wire and a magnet. They had to build balanced coils out of the wire themselves and they did a great job!



PTA is in need of donations for the Turkey Raffle on November 17th at 6pm at Nute Cafeteria.

October is coming to a close and Winter Sports Season is starting up. All athletes must have a permission to treat form signed and turned into the office as well as a current annual physical on file.

It's Red Ribbon Week! Fall sports are wrapping up and winter sports sign-up sheets are posted by the cafe. Seniors, don't forget to get your Senior Photo and Baby photos submitted for the yearbook.
