Just when I thought senior pranks couldn't surprise me anymore, the Class of 2026 found a way to be original. 😂 This year's masterpiece? They hired a mime to follow me around all day. Everywhere I went, there he was—silently judging, copying my every move, and somehow stealing the spotlight without saying a single word. 🎭 The best part? He didn't just entertain me. During lunch periods, he took time to perform for our students, giving everyone a chance to enjoy the fun and be part of the prank. The laughter throughout the cafeteria made it even more memorable. Well played, seniors. Well played. Thanks for the laughs, the creativity, and another unforgettable senior prank. You definitely set the bar high! 👏 #SeniorPrank #ClassOf2026 #GotMeAgain #SchoolMemories #WellPlayed

The Nute Rams Varsity Baseball team is headed to the quarterfinals!

This Saturday at 4:00 PM, the Rams will travel to Colebrook Academy to take on the Blackhawks with a trip to the semifinals on the line. The Rams are coming off an impressive first-round victory over Lisbon, and there's plenty of reason for confidence—Lisbon defeated Colebrook 17-7 during the regular season.

Now it's time for Ram Nation to show up and show out! Pack the stands, make some noise, and help cheer our boys on as they battle for a spot in the next round. Make the trip to Colebrook and let's turn the Blackhawks' home field into Ram Country!

Go Rams!

Nute's Friday night performance is cancelled due to a school closure today, Thursday. This will give us tomorrow to have a dress rehearsal. Nute's drama class wrote an original musical called "Satanism is Stupid or Friday Fairground Fiasco," which we will perform on Saturday, May 30th at 2:00 PM. This show features a killer being hunted by a cop at a fairground while a group of underexperienced wannabe Satanists attempt to conduct a worshiping ceremony. You can only imagine how they’ll mess it up! Come see our production at Nute Middle High School & Library on 22 Elm Street, Milton. Donations are accepted at the door.

Dear Nute Middle High School Families,

As we wrap up another school year, we are continuing our efforts to strengthen communication and build strong partnerships between school and home. One way we can do that is by hearing directly from you.

We are asking families to please take a few minutes to complete our End-of-Year Family Survey. Your feedback helps us reflect on what is working well and identify areas where we can continue to improve for our students, families, and school community.

We truly value your input and appreciate your time in completing the survey. Thank you for your continued support throughout the school year and for being an important part of the Nute community.

🇺🇸 This morning, the Nute Middle/High School community came together for a powerful Memorial Day Assembly. We began with a moving presentation of the colors by our local VFW members—thank you for your service and for opening our ceremony with such dignity.

Our talented school band set the tone with a heartfelt performance, followed by inspiring words from our student speakers. We were honored to welcome Ms. Lewis as our guest speaker, who reminded us all of the importance of keeping the stories of our fallen soldiers alive.

After the assembly, guests were invited to stay and enjoy a delicious breakfast provided by our dedicated staff. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped us honor the memory and sacrifice of our heroes. #MemorialDay #NutePride #NeverForget

Dear Families,

Over the past several weeks, Pokémon cards have become an increasing distraction during the school day. While many students enjoy collecting and trading cards appropriately, we have recently seen a rise in classroom disruptions, disagreements, arguments, and conflicts related to trading and ownership of cards.

To help maintain a positive and focused learning environment, Pokémon cards and similar trading cards will no longer be allowed at school.

This includes:

Bringing cards to school
Trading cards at school
Using cards during class, lunch, recess, or on the bus

If cards are brought to school, students will be asked to put them away and they may be held until the end of the day or sent home with a parent/guardian.

We appreciate your support in helping students keep personal collections at home so we can keep the focus on learning, positive interactions, and a distraction-free school environment.

Thank you for your partnership and understanding.

Sincerely,
Jennifer Leavitt
